Organising Works! is owned and operated by Wendy Tadokoro.  Wendy has a diverse background in customer service, HR and training in a variety of industries including working in the UK and Japan.  From her wealth of experience developing procedures, Wendy has the ability to apply strategies to clients’ individual situations that work!  She specialises in working with business owners, their teams and individuals to overcome productivity challenges, improve performance and make life easier.
Living in our technologically advanced society, we are constantly overloaded with information, but has our ability to deal with this insurgence increased?   As a mother of two children, running a business and a household, Wendy has experienced the feelings of being overwhelmed. "Organising Works! came about as a service to empower others to evaluate and streamline the way they work, their lifestyle and put in place coping mechanisms.  When you have systems in place your mind is clear, you feel calm knowing that your systems are running smoothly."
